Terms of Service

In short: Give us true information, pay only through the accounts shown at checkout, accept parcels you order, and be honest. We can refuse or cancel suspicious orders. Your rights under Pakistani consumer law are not removed.

These terms apply when you visit itmaad.com ("Itmaad", "we", "us"), create an account or place an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. You must be able to make a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.

Your account

Give true, complete and current information, especially your name, phone number and delivery address.
You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get around a block or to abuse vouchers.

Products, prices and mistakes

We try to keep descriptions, images, prices and stock correct, but mistakes can happen. Colours and images may differ slightly from the real product. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). If a product is listed at a wrong price, with wrong details, or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid, even if the order was already confirmed.

How an order becomes a contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we accept it, for example by confirming it by call, message or by dispatching it.
We may call or message you to verify an order. If we cannot reach you, or the details look wrong, we may hold or cancel the order.
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, are placed with false details, are for resale in bulk, or come from someone with a history of refused or unpaid orders.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), and bank or wallet transfers to Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Pay only to the accounts shown at checkout on itmaad.com. We are not responsible for money sent to any other account, including accounts given by someone pretending to be us.
We will never ask for your password, card PIN or one-time codes (OTP).
For transfers, an order is not confirmed until we have received and checked your payment. Send the exact total and keep your transaction ID and screenshot. Wrong, partial, duplicate or unreadable payments may delay or cancel the order.
An order whose payment we cannot verify within a reasonable time may be cancelled. Verified payments for cancelled orders are refunded under our Return Policy.
Sending a fake, edited or someone else's payment proof is fraud. We may cancel the order, block the account and report it to the authorities.

Cash on Delivery and refused parcels

By choosing COD you promise to be available, to accept the parcel and to pay the full amount to the courier.
If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason (for example the item is not what you ordered or is damaged), or cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, we may block your account, refuse future COD orders, or ask for advance payment, and we may ask you to cover the outward and return shipping costs we paid.
Placing orders as a joke, for someone who does not know about them, or with false details is a breach of these terms.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier companies. Shipping is free for orders above Rs.5,000 and Rs.200 otherwise, unless the product page says something different.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of couriers, weather, strikes, holidays or events outside our control.
Give a complete address and a phone number that works. Extra costs caused by a wrong address or an unreachable phone may be charged to you.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Please check the parcel in front of the courier, and record an unboxing video when you open it. This helps us if you need to claim for damage or a wrong item.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from your profile within 30 minutes of placing it, while it is pending or processing. After that, contact us and we will try to help if it has not shipped. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be refused or returned under our Return Policy.

Returns, refunds and warranty

These are covered in our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Warranty on a product is as stated on its page and is provided according to the brand or seller's terms.

Vouchers and offers

Voucher codes are checked when you place your order. They have fixed values, can be changed or withdrawn at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may cancel or reverse a discount that was obtained by abuse, multiple accounts or a technical error.

Reviews, messages and your content

Reviews are checked before they appear. Write honestly about your own experience.
Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, false, misleading, defamatory, or that contains someone else's private information.
You allow us to display and use the reviews and messages you send us for running the store. We may remove any content at our discretion.

What you must not do

Use the site for anything unlawful, or to defraud us or anyone else.
Try to break, overload, scrape or bypass the security of the site, the AI assistant or the admin areas.
Use bots, fake accounts or false details to place orders, abuse vouchers or post reviews.
Threaten, harass or abuse our staff, couriers or other customers.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account, cancel your orders, and take legal action. We may give relevant information to the police or other authorities where the law allows or requires it, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 or other applicable laws.

AI assistant

The shopping assistant is automated and can make mistakes. Product availability, prices and policies shown on the site and in your order are what count. Please do not type passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into it.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, logo, text and images belong to Itmaad or its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We sell products supplied by brands and suppliers and we do our best to describe and deliver them properly. To the fullest extent the law allows:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data;
we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, couriers, banks, payment apps, the internet or power;
our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to cover our losses from your misuse

If your breach of these terms, your false information or your unlawful use of the site causes us loss, claims or costs, you agree to compensate us for them to the extent the law allows.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend, limit or close an account, or refuse service, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, an order is fraudulent, or this is needed for safety or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time from your profile.

Events outside our control

We are not in breach if we are delayed or prevented from meeting our duties by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, curfews, courier or network failures, government action, or supplier shortages.

Problems and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem fairly and quickly. These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to go to another forum, the courts at Jhelum, Punjab have jurisdiction.

General

If a part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to do so later.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the store.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.
